Onsite Rates:
Rates – $130.00 per hour plus 10% GST
Minimum 1 hour and charged in 30 minute blocks thereafter.
Service Centre Rates:
When you bring your devices to our Service Centre (Unit 18/280 New Line Rd Dural NSW 2158), we charge a diagnostic fee of $55.00 Incl 10% GST.
For Gaming computers and servers, the diagnostic fee is $99.00 Incl 10% GST, after diagnosing the problem a quotation will be provided via email, text or a call , to discuss the options to complete the repairs and the associated costs, once you are happy to go ahead with any of the options provided we will schedule the job and provide an estimated date of completion to complete the repairs.We will either send you a text message or call you to pick up your repaired devices on the scheduled date.
All work will be done only after prior consent and approvals from the customer.
